  • Take 4 boiled eggs, cut into small pieces
  • In wok , add oil / butter, some cumin seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, add boiled eggs (Chopped Onion can be added optionally)
  • Sauté for few minutes, garnish with chopped coriander and it's ready to serve
