Ingredients:
  • Whole Egg
  • Egg Yolk
  • Butter – 50g
  • Dark Chocolate -50g
  • Sugar -15g
  • Flour – 15g
Process:
  • Temper eggs, egg yolks, Sugar.
  • Melt butter and chocolate and mix it with eggs. Fold in dry ingredients
  • Grease Mold with coco powder or butter and pour batter.
  • Bake at 190 for 5 Mins, Your Chocolava is ready to be served!
