Monthly Round-Up – May 2025 From the Desk of IPEMA President – Mr. Uday Singh Bayas

April 2025 has been a month of dynamic engagement and landmark initiatives for IPEMA and Poultry India. From forging new partnerships to honoring excellence in veterinary science, each milestone reaffirms our collective resolve to build a future-ready, resilient, and globally competitive poultry ecosystem.
Let me walk you through the key highlights of the month:
April 8–9, 2025 | Hotel Omaya Garden, Raipur

India’s poultry industry witnessed a momentous gathering at IB Group’s Poultry Conclave in Raipur, where IPEMA made a powerful impact among 6,000+ stakeholders including traders, farmers, and innovators. With the theme “Protein, Purpose, and Progress,” we highlighted our shared mission to accelerate self-reliance and inclusivity in poultry.
Honoring Shri Bahadur Ali, Founder & MD of IB Group, was a proud moment, acknowledging his pivotal role in shaping the Poultry India Expo. We also felicitated Ms. Zoya Afreen Alam, Mr. Zeeshan Ali, and Shri Sultan Ali for their exceptional contributions.
The conclave was a powerhouse of learning:
- Day One: Focused on empowering 3,000 poultry traders with new-age business tools and policy alignment under Viksit Bharat 2047.
- Day Two: Engaged 3,000 farmers with expert-led sessions on EC poultry houses, tribal upliftment (Asmita Project), and women empowerment via Samriddhi Yojana.
