IPEMA/Poultry India was proud to lead, support, and participate in multiple high-impact events that reinforced our mission of uniting academia, industry, and policy for the sustainable growth of our sector. Vice-Chancellors’ Conclave: Shaping the Future of Veterinary Education
July 7, 2025 | Lonavala, Pune
In a landmark initiative, IPEMA/Poultry India, in collaboration with Huvepharma and co-hosted by MAFSU (Nagpur), organized a One-Day Vice-Chancellors’ Conclave on the theme “Dynamics of Veterinary Education Ecosystem to Meet Animal Husbandry Industrial Needs in the Country.”
The event brought together over 100 influential leaders including Vice-Chancellors, ICAR Directors, senior policymakers, and industry veterans. Four insightful panel discussions addressed challenges and actionable reforms across poultry, dairy, small ruminants, and veterinary education alignment with industry demands.
I had the honor of presenting the vision of IPEMA and Poultry India in driving industry-academia partnerships and inviting everyone to actively engage in the 17th Poultry India Expo 2025. Special thanks to our collaborators Huvepharma and academic partner MAFSU for making this event a great success.
Driving Action Against AMR: IPEMA Supports National Stewardship Drive
July 11, 2025 | ICAR-NIVEDI, Bengaluru
IPEMA/Poultry India proudly supported the AMR Stewardship Drive 2025, hosted by ICAR-NIVEDI in partnership with CII-FACE and INFAH. Themed “Building Partnerships for Strengthening Our Response to AMR,” this national event emphasized collective responsibility in combating antimicrobial resistance in animal agriculture.
The event featured the launch of a pivotal CII-AMR report, technical sessions on responsible antibiotic use, and a student-led awareness campaign. I emphasized the role of Poultry India as a catalyst for multi-stakeholder dialogue and industry reform.
Advancing Poultry Infrastructure: Inauguration of Cull Bird Single Window Facility
July 27, 2025 | Pedda Amberpet, Hyderabad
IPEMA/Poultry India joined hands with the Telangana Poultry Federation (TPF) in inaugurating the Cull Bird Single Window – 5 Regions Building, a milestone in poultry infrastructure for Telangana.
This centralized facility aims to streamline cull bird operations, enhance farmer coordination, and model transparent practices across five regional hubs. The event witnessed wide national participation from poultry associations, leaders, and dignitaries, reflecting our shared commitment to innovation and unity.

July also witnessed the IPEMA/Poultry India Partners Excellence Gathering for the first time, a vendors meet celebrating the teamwork and dedication that powered the phenomenal success of the 16th Poultry India Expo.
This meet honored vendors, partners, and supporters who’ve shaped our journey. It was also a proud moment, for Poultry India to be recognized as “Top Industry Catalyst 2025” at the prestigious Exhibition Excellence Awards. This accolade belongs to each of you—thank you for being part of our shared vision!
