Following the grand success of the 17th Poultry India Expo 2025, December 2025 was a month of purposeful engagements, strategic collaborations, and reflective milestones for IPEMA–Poultry India. The month reaffirmed our collective commitment to sectoral growth, innovation, and national development. Below is a snapshot of key activities and meaningful moments from December 2025.
IPEMA–Poultry India at Telangana Rising 2047 Summit
December 8, 2025 | Hyderabad
IPEMA–Poultry India actively represented the poultry sector at the Telangana Rising 2047 Summit, a visionary initiative by the Government of Telangana. Mr. Uday Singh Bayas participated alongside Mr. Mohan Reddy Garu, President – Telangana Poultry Federation, contributing industry perspectives toward Telangana’s long-term growth roadmap and reinforcing poultry’s role in the state’s development vision.
IPEMA–Poultry India at IPSACON 2025
December 9–11, 2025 | PJTSAU, Hyderabad
IPEMA–Poultry India proudly participated in the 40th Annual Conference of the Indian Poultry Science Association (IPSACON 2025), themed “Flock to the Future.” The event brought together over 400 delegates from across the country, highlighting technology, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and innovation in poultry production.
Addressing the inaugural session, Mr. Uday Singh Bayas reaffirmed IPEMA’s commitment to strengthening academia–industry collaboration, science-led development, and youth engagement. He highlighted the success of the 17th Poultry India Expo 2025 and extended an invitation to the global poultry fraternity for the 18th Poultry India Expo 2026.
The conference also honoured eminent scientists, including the Lifetime Achievement Award to Dr. V. Ayyagari, celebrating excellence and dedication to poultry science.
IEIA EventTech & MarTech Summit and AGM
December 19, 2025 | New Delhi
IPEMA–Poultry India, under the leadership of Mr. Uday Singh Bayas, along with Senior Operations Manager Ms. Radhika, participated in the IEIA EventTech & MarTech Summit 2025 and the IEIA Annual General Meeting. The engagement provided valuable insights into emerging event technologies and marketing innovations, strengthening IPEMA’s ability to enhance future Poultry India events to global standards.
Strengthening Regional Poultry Engagements
December 24, 2025 | Amaravati
Mr. Uday Singh Bayas met with Mr. Uddhav Ahire, Founder & Chairman of Anand Agro Group, along with representatives of the Amaravati Poultry Farmers Association led by President Mr. Shubham Mahalle. Discussions focused on conducting region-specific poultry seminars supported by IPEMA–Poultry India, aimed at knowledge dissemination and regional sectoral growth.
Honouring a Lifetime of Nutrition Advocacy

IPEMA–Poultry India felicitated Dr. Karnam Balaswamy, Advisor – National Egg & Chicken Promotion Council, on his 80th birthday. The felicitation recognised his lifelong contribution to egg nutrition, public health, and poultry promotion. The event, held at the Telangana Poultry Federation building, was supported by senior IPEMA members and industry leaders.

Concluding 2025 on an Auspicious Note

On the auspicious occasion of Pausha Putrada Ekadashi, the IPEMA–Poultry India office observed Ganapathy Homam and Puja, expressing gratitude for the success of Poultry India Expo 2025 and seeking divine blessings for continued guidance, prosperity, and an even more impactful 18th Poultry India Expo 2026.
