Curtain-Raiser: 17th Edition of Poultry India Expo 2025 - Powering Global Poultry Innovation
New Delhi, 6 October 2025 (Curtain-Raiser Media Meet)
The national media gathering at Hotel The Park, Parliament Street, New Delhi, presided over by senior IPEMA leadership, set the tone for South Asia’s biggest poultry exhibition. Distinguished policymakers and industry leaders highlighted the poultry sector’s contribution to food security, livelihoods, and sustainable growth. Programme details included an overview of the Expo (26–28 Nov) and Knowledge Day (25 Nov), followed by a networking lunch.
IPEMA at the 36th AGM — Poultry Federation of India
Lucknow, 8–9 October 2025
IPEMA supported and participated in PFI’s 36th AGM. IPEMA was honoured with a memento recognising its role in strengthening India’s poultry ecosystem. Key dignitaries were invited to the upcoming Poultry India Expo 2025, and discussions highlighted how the Expo shapes the sector’s future.

World Egg Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm by IPEMA–Poultry India in collaboration with NECC, highlighting the vital role of eggs in addressing India’s persistent protein deficiency. The event featured awareness activities across schools and PVNRTVU, where students, community groups, and the general public were engaged through interactive sessions on the nutritional value of eggs.
India, despite being the world’s second-largest egg producer, continues to have low per-capita consumption, making such initiatives crucial for promoting better dietary habits. Adding to the significance of the occasion, Shushruta Kumar, Special Guest and budding equestrian sports talent, graced the celebrations and she spoke about Egg nutrition and adopting healthier food choices to support active lifestyles.
The program successfully reinforced the importance of eggs as an affordable and accessible source of high-quality nutrition, while inspiring communities to include them more regularly in their daily diets.
