IPEMA Staff Attend Professional Exhibitions Management Program for Skill Enhancement

Delhi, August 2024 - The Indian Poultry Equipment Manufacturers Association (IPEMA) took a significant step towards enhancing the skills of its team by participating in the recently conducted Professional Exhibitions Management (PEM) Program. Organized by the Indian Exhibition Industry Association (IEIA), this program was held at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Delhi, marking a new milestone in the Indian exhibitions industry.
Under the leadership of IPEMA's President, Mr. Uday Singh Bayas, the association has initiated a focused approach toward staff skill upgradation to remain competitive in the ever-evolving exhibitions industry. This is the first time IPEMA has embarked on such an initiative, reflecting its commitment to staying abreast of changing industry trends.

Representing IPEMA at the PEM Program were Ms. Radhika, Senior Operations Manager, and Mr. Naresh, Events Manager. Their participation in this program, which included sessions by leading industry experts, provided them with invaluable insights and exposure to the latest technology and processes in exhibition management.
The knowledge gained through this program is expected to significantly enhance IPEMA’s operational expertise, particularly in streamlining the operations of the Poultry India shows. The PEM Program, which began on July 14, 2024, featured an impressive lineup of speakers, including Mr. Sandip Das, Deputy Director General of the Trade Promotion Council of India, and several other prominent figures in the exhibition industry. The program covered a range of topics, from best practices in event management to innovative strategies for driving industry growth.
