Team IPEMA/Poultry India proudly represented the poultry and agri-exhibition sector at the prestigious IEIA Open Seminar 2025, organized by the Indian Exhibition Industry Association. Led by myself, accompanied by Ms. Radha Radhika (Senior Operations Manager) and Ms. Pushpa Latha Bitra (Senior Graphics Designer), our team actively engaged with thought leaders from the broader exhibition industry.
The event celebrated innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence—values that lie at the heart of IPEMA’s vision. We return from this landmark experience with new insights, stronger networks, and a reinforced commitment to curating world-class industry platforms such as the Poultry India Expo.

IPEMA/Poultry India proudly supported and co-sponsored the 2nd National Symposium, “The Poultry Summit: Innovate, Integrate & Thrive,” hosted by VIP in Chandigarh on May 7, 2025. The event brought together key industry experts, policy influencers, and visionaries to address critical themes such as disease management, climate adaptation, market trends, genetics, and advanced technologies in poultry.
The summit featured landmark addresses by industry stalwarts including Mr. Balaram Singh Yadav (MD, Godrej Agrovet Ltd.), and international thought leaders like Mr. Suresh Rayudu Chitturi (IEC Chairman). IPEMA’s dedicated stall served as an active hub for interaction, knowledge-sharing, and member promotion.
A special acknowledgment goes to our representative Mr. Anil Dhumal for his valued contribution and to our official media partners for their extensive event coverage, further amplifying our message of sustainable sectoral growth.

In a move to enhance transparency, communication, and sector-wide collaboration, IPEMA joined hands with the Indian Poultry Journalists’ Association (IPJA). On May 15, 2025, I had the privilege of felicitating the newly elected IPJA President, Mr. M.K. Vyas, and team member Mr. Shashank Purohit, alongside management team at IPEMA, alongside Mr. Pankaj Rana from Poultry Punch.
This strategic alignment underscores our shared vision of empowering the poultry sector through impactful storytelling, data-driven reporting, and knowledge dissemination.

It was my honour to represent IPEMA/Poultry India as Guest of Honour at the IPR Knowledge Review – held on May 29, 2025, in Chitwan, Nepal. Themed “Resilient Poultry Industry: Adapting for Sustainability & Economic Success,” the conference explores transformative ideas in policy, economic resilience, and South Asian poultry sustainability.
This international collaboration reflects our growing regional presence and the expanding influence on the global stage.

Beyond event participation, the IPEMA’s senior management conducted a series of high-impact meetings with prominent international poultry media entities. These discussions centered around enhancing global visibility, strengthening media collaborations, and exploring long-term strategic partnerships. Additionally, the team engaged in preliminary discussions to explore the inclusion of a dedicated international pavilion at the upcoming Poultry India Expo 2025, aimed at boosting cross-border participation.
Simultaneously, extensive coordination is underway with leading hospitality service providers to secure premium accommodation options for both exhibitors and visitors at competitive rates. These initiatives are part of IPEMA’s broader commitment to ensuring a seamless, professional, and world-class experience at the 17th edition of the Poultry India Expo.
