International Women’s Day Celebration
March 7, 2026 | Hyderabad

On the occasion of International Women’s Day (March 8), IPEMA–Poultry India celebrated and honoured women leaders contributing to the growth of the poultry sector and allied industries.
The event featured inspiring interactions with distinguished guests and included a special online interaction with rural women entrepreneurs from the Kesla Poultry Society. Their journey highlighted the power of community-led poultry development and grassroots entrepreneurship.
The initiative emphasized the vital role of women in entrepreneurship, nutrition, leadership, and community development. IPEMA reaffirmed its commitment to encouraging greater participation of women in the industry while promoting inclusive growth.
Strengthening Industry–Government Collaboration
March 9, 2026 | Lucknow

Uday Singh Bayas, President of IPEMA–Poultry India, along with Radhika, Senior Operations Head, IPEMA / Poultry India, met with senior officials of the Government of Uttar Pradesh to strengthen industry–government collaboration for the growth of the poultry sector.
The discussions focused on enhancing partnerships, policy support, and sustainable development of poultry in Uttar Pradesh. The delegation also extended invitations to dignitaries for the upcoming Poultry India Expo 2026.
The interaction reaffirmed the importance of collaborative efforts between industry and public institutions to accelerate growth and strengthen the sector.
National Poultry Day
March 19, 2026

On the occasion of National Poultry Day, IPEMA–Poultry India highlighted the sector’s critical role in providing affordable, protein-rich nutrition, strengthening food security, and generating employment across the value chain.
In his message, President Uday Singh Bayas emphasized the importance of nutrition in nation-building and encouraged citizens to adopt protein-rich diets for healthier generations. He highlighted the role of poultry in supporting the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat.
Industry leaders also shared insights on the sector’s contribution to rural livelihoods, inclusive growth, and sustainable development.
IPEMA reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the poultry sector through innovation, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
Looking Ahead: Uttar Pradesh Poultry Conclave – 2026

IPEMA–Poultry India, in association with the Government of Uttar Pradesh, invites all stakeholders to participate in the Uttar Pradesh Poultry Conclave – 2026, scheduled on 15th & 16th April 2026 at Mars Hall, Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, Lucknow.
The conclave offers a valuable platform for technical sessions, farmer support, networking, investment opportunities, and knowledge sharing. It is a golden opportunity for poultry farmers, entrepreneurs, professionals, researchers, and investors to connect, learn, and grow.
IPEMA members are especially encouraged to participate and leverage this platform for collaboration and growth, contributing towards making Uttar Pradesh a strong poultry hub.
