Preparations for the 16th Edition of Poultry India Expo 2024 in Full Swing

Hyderabad, August 2024: The Indian Poultry Equipment Manufacturers' Association (IPEMA) is in the final stages of preparation for the 16th Edition of the Poultry India Expo, scheduled to take place at Hitex, Hyderabad, from November 26th to 29th, 2024. With the dates fast approaching, the IPEMA team is working diligently to ensure that this year’s event is bigger and better than ever before.

The preparations are being meticulously overseen by IPEMA’s Senior Operations Manager, Ms. P. Radhika, who is ensuring that every aspect of the event is executed with precision. Under her leadership, the finalization of vendors and service providers is well underway, with all necessary contracts and arrangements nearing completion. Additionally, all press releases have been published, and the designs and art collaterals for the event are being finalized.

In a significant achievement, all hotel bookings for IPEMA members, employees, and exhibitors have been secured, ensuring comfortable accommodations throughout the event. The team has also successfully identified and finalized gifts to be given to delegates and guests at the expo, adding a thoughtful touch to the event’s hospitality.

Hall bookings are progressing smoothly, with payment follow-ups being handled efficiently. Invitations have been sent to all supporting associations, offering them complimentary stalls and an exclusive opportunity to meet and greet industry leaders, curated by IPEMA President, Mr. Uday Singh Bayas.

The event is set to be a high-profile gathering, with international delegates and dignitaries already being invited for the much-anticipated ‘Knowledge Day Seminar’ to be held on 26th of November 2024. The show directory is in the final stages of completion, with the deadline for receiving company profiles set for September 30th, 2024. Badges for vendors and exhibitors are also being finalized, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.

This year, the strategic planning for the Poultry India Expo has incorporated a modern approach, embracing digital transformation and technological upgrades. This shift has streamlined operations, thanks to the recent upskilling of key staff members. Ms. P. Radhika and Events Manager Mr. Naresh Reddy recently participated in the Professional Exhibitions Management (PEM) Program, conducted by the Indian Exhibition Industry Association (IEIA) in Delhi. Their exposure to modern event management practices has significantly enhanced the planning process, bringing fresh insights and efficiency to the upcoming expo.

In another noteworthy development, a high-level delegation led by Mr. Uday Singh Bayas met with the Honourable Chief Minister of Telangana, Shri Revanth Reddy, to extend a formal invitation for the 16th Edition of Poultry India. The Chief Minister’s presence is expected to add prestige to this landmark event.


Additionally, the Young Entrepreneurs of Poultry India (YEP), a dynamic community within IPEMA, is gearing up for their networking event, the YEP Symposium 2024. Coordinated by Mr. Avinash with support from proactive members Ms. Kranti, Mr.Shubham, Mr.Akshay, and Mr.Devender, the YEP team has successfully reconnected with former members and engaged with supporting associations to identify and welcome new young entrepreneurs to the community.

The 16th Edition of Poultry India Expo 2024 promises to be a landmark event for professionals in the poultry sector.
