Overview
Crunchy on the outside, tender inside, and quick to make — this crispy chicken popcorn is a perfect homemade snack. Boneless chicken is marinated in spiced buttermilk, double-coated for extra crunch, and deep-fried until golden. Serve it hot with ketchup or spicy mayo.

What You'll Need
- Boneless chicken — cut into 1-inch cubes
- Buttermilk — ½ cup
- All-purpose flour — ½ cup
- Cornflour — 2 tbsp
- Spices — 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp pepper, salt to taste
- Oil — for deep frying

How to Make It
- Marinate the chicken in buttermilk, salt, and ½ tsp chilli powder for 15 minutes.
- Mix the flour, cornflour, and remaining spices in a bowl.
- Coat each chicken piece in the flour mix. Double coat for extra crunch.
- Deep fry on medium heat for 3–4 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with ketchup or spicy mayo.
