Chocolava by Bhavana
A decadent chocolate lava cake built on eggs and dark chocolate. Temper a whole egg, an egg yolk and 15g sugar, fold in 50g melted butter and 50g dark chocolate with 15g flour, pour into a cocoa-dusted mould and bake at 190°C for about five minutes for that signature molten centre. As Bhavana puts it, "what started as an escape from stress turned into my life's passion — baking."
